We, the leadership of the ACH (Academy of Communication in Healthcare) and EACH: International Association for Communication in Healthcare, support the free movement of information and of all interested participants across international boundaries to improve our knowledge and practice in communication and healthcare.
We are experts in the field of healthcare communication. We recognize the value of diversity and relationship to both individual and public health. We believe strongly in open borders that allow researchers, educators, patients, clinicians, and students to meet for a free exchange of ideas in order to support collaboration with professionals from all countries. We particularly wish to welcome and support scholars and practitioners in communities that are challenged by war, poverty, and inadequate infrastructure.
