The Academy of Communication in Healthcare uses evidence, expertise and passion to strategically develop relationship-centered communication with patients and peers in organizations across the country. Esteemed healthcare organizations and academic medical centers have partnered with ACH to develop their staff and leaders to form the most meaningful relationships. ACH's 37th annual course, ENRICH, offers an intimate opportunity to learn those very skills that can help you engage your team, patients, and peers from a radically different perspective.
Over the course of 2.5 days, participants will intensively engage in interactive workshops and intimate small groups that teach strategic communication skills for health care professionals and clinicians. These skills offer a powerful paradigm for transforming relationships- and thus team effectiveness and outcomes- in the healthcare landscape.
This year, the overarching theme of the course emphasizes ACH's priority to engage all stakeholders who are involved in the healthcare experience to collectively build radically respectful relationships.
