Relationship-Centered Communication Facilitators Program

Application Submission OPENS SOON for the 2020 Cohort

The ACH's Relationship-Centered Communication Facilitators Program (RCF) is a program to develop future facilitators of the ACH fundamental workshop for delivery at their home institutions.  "Home" may include any department or formally affiliated clinic. Only the individual enrolled as an RCF participant, who attends both Winter Course and ENRICH, may facilitate the workshop at their home institution.

Participants who successfully complete the RCF program will be recognized as “ACH Facilitators," and will receive a certificate of completion along with permission to facilitate the ACH fundamental workshop at their home institution. The RCF program is one of the pre-requisite tracks for individuals who may wish to apply to the ACH Faculty-in-Training (FIT) program. Entry to the FIT program will be available as an option upon completion of the RCF program. Please review details and application processes below.

  • Pre-requisite: Applicants must have attended an ACH ENRICH course or an ACH 1-day course facilitated by an ACH faculty member.
  • RCF Application Process: All application materials will be submitted through the online submission form
  • Notification: The Review committee will notify applicants approximately one month after the submission deadline.
