Application process:

  1. Complete the online application form below.
    1. Example professional bio.
  2. Request 2 statements of support:
    1. ACH Faculty member statement: ACH faculty member will have worked directly with the applicant in an ENRICH learning group, ACH one-day course, or other relevant environment. 
    2. Institutional leadership statement: Applicant will obtain support from their local institutional leader to confirm that the applicant has discussed the RCF program. 
      1. Appropriate statements of support may come from various sources such as any Executive Level Support (CMO, CEO, VP OF --), Patient experience leader, Department Chair, etc.
      2. The applicant need not be a fully employed member of the institution but must have a credible affiliation to ensure that they can gather audiences of participants who will attend a local workshop hosted by the applicant (as final phase of certification)

Please send an email to the two individuals (ACH faculty member and institutional leader) who will provide statements of support and request that they submit statements by September 26th using the online form by including the following link in your email to them. Scholarships Available!

ACH is pleased to offer four $2,000 scholarships for the 2020 RCF Program. In recognition of ACH's commitment to the diversification of membership and leadership, qualified applicants will be from racial and ethnic groups underrepresented in the health professions (Hispanic, Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander). The $2,000 scholarship will help cover the RCF program tuition ($2,950).

Scholarship Application Process:

  2. Complete the program application below by Thursday, September 26th. 
  3. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by November 2018.

  • The ACH is pleased to review your application to the Relationship-centered Communication Facilitators Program (RCF).  In addition to requesting two statements of support as above, please submit the information requested below using this online form.
